JOED VIERA/STAFF Lockport, NY- A Mongoose bike is one of over 30 bikes set up in the LPD Garage for their Bicycle Auction set to take place on Saturday. The bikes are typically sold for between $20 and $100. The proceeds of which go to the city's general fund.
