JOED VIERA/STAFF PHOTOGRAPHER- Lockport, NY-Winter work wraps-up while water works its way through portions of the Canal. New York State Canal Corporation workers started filling Locks 34 and 35 on Friday in preparation for the Canals 192nd consecutive navigation season which opens on May 1st.
