JOED VIERA/STAFF PHOTOGRAPHER-Lockport, NY- Ridge Road Express employees and members of the Teamsters Local Union 449 picketed the Lockport Board of Education meeting Wednesday night to raise awareness about what they believe are unsafe working conditions. Representatives of both groups spoke during the public comments section, saying that bus drivers without monitors are put at risk when students misbehave while they're driving because they can't take their eyes off the road.
