Quarterback tackles purse snatcher

Patrick Ellinger, Daniel Bronson and New York State Police Captain Eric Laughton laugh after Ellinger and Bronson were presented awards in the Town Courthouse in Lockport N.Y. on Friday, Nov. 18. The awards were presented to the pair for their assistance in the apprehension of would-be robber Matthew Biles.
