JOED VIERA/STAFF PHOTOGRAPHER- Lockport, NY-Donna Patterson and Michael J D'Addeo hold a plaque presented to Patterson in recognition of her son Marvin Patterson's achievments. Marvin, a Union Taxi driver and dispatcher, worked at the company for 30 years. Marvin passed away recently and the Union Taxi Office was named after him in dedication.
