JOED VIERA/STAFF PHOTOGRAPHER-Lockport,NY-Samantha Carney, 18, Demerise Eadie, 18 and Edward Reeb, 18, are the recipients of the Kenan Arts Council scholarship. The $1,000 scholarship is for Eastern Niagara County students indending to major in fine art, theater, design, dance or music. The three students accepted the awards at a KAC luncheon held at the Lockport Town and Country Club.
