Niagara Falls, NY - Whirlpool Street resident Joseph Molinaro is upset with NY State Parks regarding design of new green spaces and trail between Whirlpool Street and the Niagara Gorge. Here, he's upset about areas of long grass and hidden boundary markers that he said could be dangerous to pedestrians.
