Lockport, NY - Mackenzie Kulesza' maternal grandmother Judy Graham and grandfather Gordon, put roses and balloons on the roadside memorial for their granddaughter. Last year, Mackenzie Kulesza, an 11-year old native of the area, was struck by a truck and killed while walking with her friends. To honor her memory one year after her death, friends and family gathered together to hold a parade on Rapids Road.
