Lockport, NY - Reworking the traffic flow of Gooding, Lock and Pine Streets is a possible phase 2 project. Two projects were considered Wednesday night by Lockport's Common Council as they enter "Phase Two" of their respective timelines. The two projects are the Gulf Sewer, a water quality improvement program, and the Green Infrastructure South Street Initiative, which will help with overflow into the Erie Canal. City Engineer Steve Pump illustrated what will be done in the two areas, Wednesday morning.
