Sanborn, NY - SPCA of Niagara Executive Director Amy Lewis seems to always get a happy greeting from the dogs in the kennel. Lewis said the SPCA of Niagara facility is getting overcrowded with 74 dogs, 73 rabbits and 306 cats that all need homes.
