Lockport, NY - Dakota Ward of Lockport was keen to show off his kettle corn catching skills at the Pop-In-Bob's Kettle Corn booth at the Niagara County Fair. Proprietors Bandon Pettigrew and Bryce Hawkes were kind enough to refill his bag.
