Earlier today the Legislature along with State Senator Robert Ortt, State Assemblyman Mike Norris and Mayor Anne McCaffrey presented NY State Police, the Niagara County Sheriffs Office and the Lockport Police Department with various proclamations declaring November 2017 Lockport Blue Month.
