Joed Viera/Staff Photographer-Ray Wigle holds up a copy of "Wedding the Waters" a book about the creation of the Canal and its impacts in the Niagara History Center at 215 Niagara Street. Wigle says he recommends the book to anyone interested in learning more about the Canal.
